Build a Trend Radar

Build a trend radar for my market. Sort emerging trends into two buckets:

**Act now** — trends already reshaping behavior, pricing, or competition that I need to respond to today

**Watch closely** — trends that are still early but could become material in 2-3 years

For each trend:
- What's actually changing (technology, regulation, user behavior, competitive moves)
- Whether it's a tailwind or a threat for my product
- The specific early signal or metric I should track to know if it's accelerating

Pick the single most important trend and tell me what I should do about it in the next 90 days.
