Set Growth Milestones

Define my next three growth milestones.

For each milestone:
- **Target**: A specific number — users, MRR, retention rate, or whatever matters most right now
- **Deadline**: When to hit it
- **Why it matters**: What unlocks at this stage (fundraising, new hires, new features, etc.)
- **Top 3 actions**: The highest-leverage moves to get there
- **Warning signal**: The mid-point check that tells me I'm off track before it's too late

Explain why the milestones are sequenced this way — what has to be true at stage N before stage N+1 makes sense.
