Write Your Product Principles

Write 5-7 product principles for this product — decision rules that help the team resolve trade-offs when there's no obvious right answer.

Good product principles:
- Are specific and actionable (not "make it simple" but "if it takes more than one step, we don't ship it")
- Reflect a real trade-off (they say yes to something by saying no to something else)
- Are specific to this product's context — not principles that could apply to any software

For each principle, include:
- The principle itself (one clear sentence)
- Why this specific product needs this rule (1-2 sentences of context)

Avoid generic values like "be user-centric" or "ship fast." These should be principles you'd actually use to settle a debate.
