Define the Problem Worth Solving

Help me identify the right problem to solve in the next sprint or development cycle.

1. **Problem inventory**: List 5-10 things users are currently struggling with — pull from interviews, reviews, support tickets, or usage data
2. **Prioritization**: Score each problem by frequency × severity × difficulty to solve. Pick the top 3.
3. **Definition of success**: For each top problem, describe in concrete terms what "solved" looks like — not a feature shipped, but a user outcome achieved
4. **Scope boundary**: For the #1 problem, define explicitly what's in scope and what's out

End with one sentence: "This sprint, we're solving [problem]. We'll know we've succeeded when [outcome]."
