Build a Product Roadmap

My product: [product] built for [target audience] to solve [problem]

Build a product roadmap for the next 3-6 months, organized into three phases:

**Now (0-1 month)**: The minimum set of features that address what users are struggling with most right now
**Next (1-3 months)**: The improvements needed to move toward product-market fit
**Later (3-6 months)**: Infrastructure and capabilities needed to support scale

For each item, include:
- What gets built (brief description)
- Which user problem it solves and for whom
- How success is measured (metric + target)
- Definition of done (how you'll know it's complete)

Also explain the prioritization framework — what logic determines the order.
